People have accents, the same word can have multiple meanings, and it needs to be almost instant or close to, so it can be read back. She isn’t just speaking, she is also using special programs with preprogrammed short hand for common words, like the names of witnesses, companies involved in the trial, pretty much anything. She is also adding the proper format for court transcripts as she is speaking by saying short words like ‘eep’ to add punctuation, spaces, and instead of saying longer words.
Also, she is speaking really fast, 200 words per minute is usually what’s needed for certification.
