When I was younger I was at my family friends house and they had recently gotten a new dog, well, in front of me (I was 7) and my friends who were around my age, their new dog decided to chase after a goat and proceed to viciously eat it in front of us, so we had to put down the dog and fed it to the gators, dogs can be violent and lash out at kids randomly, so the family put the dog down (in a painless way they weren’t cruel about it) in fear of it hurting one of us, humans come before animals
