Detective Mathew Neill – Alameda County Sheriff’s Office

Detective Mathew Neill of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office attempts to stop a vehicle with no front plate. The driver tries to lose the detective by driving into a gas station. He fails to yield as he exits the gas station parking lot and speeds away onto the highway. Detective Neill attempts to terminate the pursuit just as the driver rear-ends a vehicle and rolls to a stop after hitting the guard rail.
